Refund Policy

Please read our refund rules carefully before purchasing any membership or paid service.

1. No Refund on Services

Once a premium membership or any paid service is purchased, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including non-usage or dissatisfaction with the service.

2. Non-Transferable

All purchased memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned, exchanged, or shared with another user or profile.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any kind for the remaining membership period.

4. Technical Issues

If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing services, please contact our support team immediately. While we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, refunds will not be provided for technical difficulties.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

All payment gateway fees, transaction charges, or taxes associated with the payment are non-refundable.

6. Duplicate Payments

In case of a duplicate payment caused by system or network error, an eligible refund will be processed after verification within 5–7 business days.

7. Discretion

All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of the Satphere management team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund claim as deemed appropriate.

8. Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days from the confirmation date.
